I think the last one on the fourth row is Steve Howe (from Yes).

I saw the Gregg Allman album cover you posted in New Releases and I thought, "I wonder?" Did an image search on Gregg and I thought, "Yes!" First one on row 4.

Yeah, you could be right. If I were compiling a list of great guitarists I would certainly put Steve Howe on it and I think that's the image that reminds me most of him (it's that 'high on the chest' style of playing that I'm thinking of). Like this:

Bottom row between Beck and Setzer has a more 'high on the chest' stance. If Howe ever played a black Strat, that could be him?

The whole list is highly subjective. I don't expect it to be a definitive list, just the choices of whoever the artist is.
