If the artist is Boxcar Willie, it could be Pistol Packin' Mama because Bond packs a gun and the Beatles sang Lady Madonna.
Or Louisiana Saturday Night because Bond was in Louisiana in Live And Let Die and the Beatles sang Happy Birthday Saturday Club.
That's it. I can find Boxcar songs that have a tenuous Bond connection but the Beatles didn't record it and I can find Beatles songs that have a tenuous Bond connection but Boxcar didn't record it.

Boxer - Joe Louis, namesake - Louis Armstrong, who had a hit with I Think To Myself, What A Wonderful World, which was used in the soundtrack of On Her Majesty's Secret Service. To the best of my knowledge, the Beatles didn't record this song but they did record a song called Think For Yourself.
