Multi Track Recorder

Postby Newthunderbird » Sat Apr 16, 2011 5:16 pm

My Venerable old Yamaha 4 track tape machine may well have done it's final mix. If so I'll be in the market for another multi track machine, preferably able to record 4 tracks simultaneously. I'm on a tight budget but if anyone localish to Oxford, Cheltenham or Slough and has one they no longer need please drop me an e mail on mikethebass@msn.com.

Thanks

I suppose it's hard to get spares for the Yamaha now that bakelite has been replaced by plastic. :rofl3:

It must be some where around 25 years old. Apparently £600 when new.

I've bought a Zoom R16 16 track digital machine with up to 8 tracks recordable at the same time.

Now to get to grips with the technology.
