"Country At The BBC"

I'm just watching Country At The BBC and it is quite a good, varied show of country acts at the BBC over the decades. It was shown on BBC4 last night, and is available on the watch on Demand facility

Yes, it's a very good collection. I like the fact that they don't just stick to the obvious names. I particularly liked Willie Nelson doing "Always On My Mind" and Junior Brown's "Highway Patrol".

Yes, I thought Willie with "Always On My Mind" was styunning. The striopped down, sparse treatment really made the most of the song.
I also liked Kris & Rita doing "Me & Bobby McGee".
