The Bliss TV music channel on Sky and Freesat often has country music programmes. This is on next week:

1600 Bliss meets LeAnn Rimes
1630 Something Kinda Country
1700 Carrie Underwood's Country
I think all 3 programmes are on at other times through the week also.
There's a programme called "Overtones vs Country" on as well - not sure what that's about.
I've seen a few country related programmes on Bliss, mainly videos - a Legends one they had on was pretty good.
